The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. When sending back an item, please make sure to place it back in its original packaging in the exact same manner as it was received. Please note that we will not accept used or non-resalable goods. Returned or exchanged items must be unused, in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories included. Once you know the order number simply contact us and we will let you know how and where to return the item to. The order number can be found on the order confirmation email as well as the shipping notification email which you received from us. To return an item for an exchange or refund, you will need your order number and billing email originally used for the purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, for any reason, simply send the item back to us in its original packaging within 90 days of its delivery.
